We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept checks (on site with identification only), cashier checks, ApplePay and Paypal (online purchases only).
We offer a 10-month layaway program. We require 10% down and 10% a month for an additional 9 months. You can call to make a payment over the phone, mail a check, or stop by the store to drop off a payment at your convenience. You can pick up your jewelry, or as we call it, "bail out the hostage(s)", once the balance is paid in full. Please contact us if you're interested in starting a layaway today.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) within 15 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping & handling charges. From 16 - 30 days from purchase you may exchange your items or receive store credit. Special conditions may apply for purchases made during the holiday season - please ask when purchasing. All returned items must be undamaged and in new and unused condition, accompanied by original packaging and original/gift receipt. If returning by mail, please contact us first for authorization prior to returning your item. There are no returns on special orders, custom orders, sale and clearance items. Layaways can be returned for store credit, minus a 15% restocking fee.
All online orders are processed upon receipt. If we are unable to ship your order within 72 hours we will notify you promptly. Some items must be special ordered, usually indicated as such on our website.
