We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept checks (on site with identification only), cashier checks, and Paypal for online purchases.
We proudly offer up to a 10-month layaway program. We require 10% down and 10% a month for an additional 9 months. You can call to make a payment over the phone, you can mail a check, or if you're local, you drop off a payment at your convenience. You can pick up your jewelry, or as we call it, "bail out the hostage", once the balance is paid in full. Please contact us if you're interested in starting a layaway today.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your item for a full refund, minus shipping & handling charges. Within 30 days of receiving your item you may return it for an exchange or store credit. All items returned must be undamaged in new and unused condition, accompanied by original packaging and original receipt. Please call or email us first for authorization prior to returning your item. There are no returns on special orders, custom, sale or clearance items. Layaways can be returned and given a store credit, minus a 15% restocking fee.
All orders are processed immediately after purchase. If we cannot ship your order within 72 hours, we will notify you promptly. Some items may be available for special order. You decide how you want to proceed.
