Everything you need to know about how to pay, how we ship, how you can return, and how we collect and protect your information.  How it all works.


Payment Policy

We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.  We also accept checks (on site with identification only), cashier checks, and Paypal for online purchases.  

Layaway Policy

We proudly offer up to a 10-month layaway program.  We require 10% down and 10% a month for an additional 9 months.  You can call to make a payment over the phone, you can mail a check, or if you're local, you drop off a payment at your convenience.   You can bail out your jewelry, or as we call it, the hostage, once the balance is paid in full.  Please contact us if you're interested in starting a layaway today.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders

  • For the most efficient and secure shipping,  all orders are shipped by one USPS and FedEx.  Once your purchase is made, we will inform you of the shipment status.  
  • If it's not included, you can select to upgrade to overnight shipping for $25 (M-TH).
  • Saturday Overnight delivery is an additional $45.

Shipping Breakdown

  • USPS First Class or USPS Express: Orders up to $400 ship in 2-3 business days (M-F)
  • USPS or FedEx 2Day: Orders $400 to $1500 ship in 2 business days (M-F)
  • USPS Priority Overnight or FedEx Priority Overnight: Orders over $1500 ships in 1 business day (M-F).
  • Orders to a P.O. Box. are shipped via USPS.
  • All orders shipped to an APO/FPO address are sent exclusively via the USPS. A minimum $20 shipping fee may apply. 

International Shipping

  • International customers are responsible for VAT taxes, customs and duties that may apply to your purchase.

Insurance

  • All items over $50 will be insured.  You may request additional shipping insurance on your item for an extra charge. Please contact us for more details. We recommend that you not ship any valuable items without proper insurance.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your item for a full refund, minus shipping & handling charges. Within 30 days of receiving your item you may return it for an exchange or store credit.  All items returned must be undamaged in new and unused condition, accompanied by original packaging and original receipt. Please call or email us first for authorization prior to returning your item. There are no returns on special orders, custom, sale or clearance items.  Layaways can be returned and given a store credit, minus a 15% restocking fee.

Out-of-Stock Items

All orders are processed immediately after purchase. If we cannot ship your order within 72 hours, we will notify you promptly.  Some items may be available for special order. You decide how you want to proceed. 

Privacy and Security

We value your business and are very careful to protect your privacy and keep your information secure. We never sell, rent or in any way give your private information to any 3rd parties. If you have any questions or concerns about our business, your information, your order, or any of our products please contact us.

  • We use this personal record keeping, to improve our products and services, to occaisonally send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting.
